to everyone helping me THANKYOU very much.i'll try to put more pics on maybe that will help.
the wheel base is 56" the rear wheels are 36" apart. i believe it is a3 speed with a hi-low hard to tell haven't drove it yet.the only tag i can find on it is an engine rebuild tag which was done in 1962 and bored .020 over.there are some pat.pending #'s but no tractor manufacturer.
the motor is a 4cyl.and has Austin casted in the block.any help would be appreciated.thanks!

That engine looks similar to what came in a Morris Minor car--but I think I last saw one of those engines in the late 1960's, so my memory might be kind of fuzzy.

Certainly a different looking tractor. If that large gauge is a speedometer, I sure wouldn't want to be on it at top speed! Good luck!

i was originally guessing it was built in europe, maybe german? but when you say Austin, it makes you think of Austin-Healy, the British manufacturer who makde small autos with 4 cylinder gas engines. Who made the starter and alternator? do they say Bosh (german) or Lucas (english) or Mitsubishi (japaneese). Sure dont look like any American tractor i have seen. what about a side view?
