I have a 1946 Farmall B Culti-vision. I would like to check the fluid levels in the transmission and differential. I see a plug that will take about a 1/2 ratchet on top of the transmission gear shift plate and another one on top of what looks like the PTO housing. What should I look for level wise and what should I put in to replensih the fuild? Is this all the places to check fluid levels? Thank you in advance for the help.

Gary-Miss has it right. That plug on top of the transmission is where you add oil to the transmission. The PTO shares oil with the transmission, but I always put a little directly in it so it doesn't start out with none at all. If I were you, I would check the oil, before you add any, for moisture. If it is milky colored, I would drain it and replace it entirely. It doesn't need a lot, something like 5 or 6 quarts is what comes to mind here, but check the level plug as you fill, my B takes about 1/2 quart less than the manual calls for.
I use 90 wt or 80w-140 gear oil in my B for transmission and final drives.

Right behind the left hand brake rod you will find a plug in the side of the transmission. This is the fluid level for the transmission and differential. Each final drive has its own fluid level and is checked separately.
