The response to my request for help with the block repair using waterglass has been tremendous. Thank you all very much. I appreciate the input. Being new to all this and based on everyones input I have elected to go with the JB weld and some BARRS block stop leak. That should hold me untill I can get a work shop built and overhaul the tractor. Once again thanks everyone for all your input.

Barsleak is my personal preferred bandaid. It certainly isn't a permanent fix, but it's also very removable with a quick flushing of the garden hose.

If you use one of the stop leak products, be prepared to have a full rod-out done on the radiator at a professional shop when you do your overhaul. Been there - done that.

Nothing better than Dyke !!!! Makes Bars Leak look like you added nothing at all, and yes, Dyke is that good.
