I have a cockshut 230 C.I. block for sale. It was in some parts that I bought for an AC WD45 Diesel. It has the Cockshut serial No. tag riveted on the side of the block so I know it is from a Cockshut. It was bought and stored inside for a spare for the mans Cockshut 40 diesel but never used. It appears to be in excellent condition, and apparently has been acid dipped because there is no paint on it at all. There no cracks in the webs between the cylinders on the top or bottom. The seats where the sleaves seat are excellent. I will knock the serial No. tag off and put it in my WD 45 Diesel if it is not wanted by a Cockshut collector. From what I am told, they are the same as what I need for my WD 45D, so I can put it to good use. I don't want to do this because I know a piece with an original tag means alot. If someone needs this for a fair price, i will sell it and look for an AC block. Send all replys to my email address rkk@certainty.net Thank in advance, Bob A.
