Thought I would get my feet wet with a post. So as much as we would like to admit we live and breathe farming, I am the first to admit I waste my hot afternoons doing something else, so what kind of sealer do you put on your waders. Mine are Red Ball chest type canvas and rubber or vinyl lined-Thanks

Seems as though I recall from Taps Tips in Field and Stream years ago that in an emergency you could take the plastic thing that holds a six pack together and your trusty Zippo and melt it on. Being that most cases are emergencies...you don't know their leaking till you hit the water. I was once fishing for bass and seemed to need a black plastic worm with a green tail...had all black and all green and a buddy (Bob Trent, (RIP) took parts of each and his Zippo and married them together. I have an idea that this would work as a temporary patching material too. I personally just bought a product for that purpose from one of the fishing catalogs and don't recall it's name. But, maybe this will help someone. L8R....Fred OH

I have used a pool liner repair kit and also a product named GOOP the we can get her in Canada.

The pool kit does a cleaned job but if Goop is all you got it works well.
