Here is a quick story that all the John Deere fans will love. My granddauhter was at the house last night. She loves to look at my collection of 250+ John Deere toy tractors, and to ride on the real ones. She especially likes the 2440. It is in the shop for a few days. I have a Massey-Ferguson 50, that is being "restored". It was my fathers, and it is very dear to me. Well' Isabella wanted grandpa to take her for a ride on the tractor. She said that she noticed the John Deere (2440) wasn't in the barn. I told her that I had another one, setting in the garage. She got excited, and ran to our garage. When I caught up with her, she was standing in the garage, with a rather blank look on her face. She asked "Where is the tractor?" I pointed to the Massey-Ferguson, and said, "There it is." She replied, "Oh no grandpa, that's not a tractor, it's red." And my wife thinks I've got the kid braiwashed!

A fair number of years ago, I was in a supermarket and saw a little boy of about 4 years old wondering through the store shouting MOMMY, YOUR LOST!--- MOMMY, YOUR LOST!

A lovely story, kids say the funniest things. A lady walked by our house the other day, with her little girl, ( she was about 3 years old I guess ). the little girl pointed to some bright red berries on my cotoneaster hedge and said "Don't eat any of those berries mommy cos they will make you poisonous!"
Now some trivia for the Deere fans.... did you know that most of the Renault tractor range now use JD engines?
