Do you know what this might be off? It has a 3 speed transmission under that rubber flap with the ID of "Tractor No B1142" Got me stumped?? Thanks, Mark H.

Looks like the rear end of an Allis Chalmers B. The number you have is the SN of the tractor.

It's a rear end from an Allis-Chalmers B, and if those are all of the numbers it's a 1948.
