I am currently restoring my 1st tractor, a 1944 A John Deere. I am about to paint it and was wondering if there is a guide of some sort to placing the decals back on the tractor. I would like to get them in there factory location. Thank you for you r help.

Jeff

A good decal supplier will include placement instructions.
The ones I bought from Travis Jorde had instructions and he was helpful about answering my questions.

Going so far, only to discover you put the darn
decal in the wrong location, like another one you
saw at a parade. A good start might be the OP
Manual, study any photos(hope it's more than diagrams), you can notice placement, as the photo
is referring to some component. I had a decision
on having one PS decal, R or L side? Seemed like they used two! Eventually, I found a second, no
unfinished detail on that one, of many.
