Depends a lot on what the market is in your area. Also it depends on options, fenders for example are worth $200+, WFE - $400+. My dad sold two H's on auction 6 weeks ago, both had new paint and were in more or less fully restored condition, one was a '40 the other a '48 ('48 had new rubber), both had fenders, good battery boxes, and pulleys, neither had wfe, the '40 had no hydraulic pump. The '48 brought $3500 and the '40 brought $1525. Loader if it is McCormick #33 adds some value, cumbersome, or off brand loaders may decrease the value. I would guess with new rubber and a recent overhaul $1200 to $2000.

Farmall H's were made from 1939 to 1953. There were almost 400,000 H's made and it is the most common Farmall of all. Prices vary greatly from one area to another, and are very subjective. In my neck of the woods, an H as you describe may go for $1000 to $1500. Maybe more if the paint is in good shape, maybe less if it looks rough.
