I posted a pic of my walk behind tractor in the photo section. NOT OH GOD! I have been using it since i accuired it from my father a few years ago. it works great and starts first pull everytime. It has an AKN Wisconsin engine and was sold by Simpsons. Srl no. on grear box is 127801 Simpsons tag says TYPE 127 Model 45. Engine is Srl no. 1689867 size 2 7/8 X 2 3/4.
I don't think it is a David Bradley.

Not claiming to know anything about your machine, but this old mind of mine tells me that at one time in Canada, there was Simpson-Sears. I had assumed that it was the same as Sears-Roebuck in the USA. If my thoughts are correct, the machine could be identical to the David Bradley, a S/R brand name.

Bus That makes a lot of sence. Yes its past name was Simpson-Sears and is now called Sears, and I also believe the Sears-Roebuck and Simpson-Sears were related. I wonder if DB made another model Like John Deere and the Sabre. Well I thank everyone so far for their input.

Looks like a David Bradley to me. Those green wheels give it away. Look in the photo gallery under David Bradley. My brother (whose name happens to be David Bradley), recently purchased a David Bradley Tri-Trac. Wheels are just that color.

Hay Les...I had a tri-trac about 20 years ago. Had a lot of fun with it. Nice piece to mess around with. Not much of a "tractor", but a lot of fun.

My brother just loves his. His has a mower and it works great for that. I wish he had some cultivators for it. I'd use it on my corn. I just got done hoeing it. If I had the use of cultivators I'd plant a lot more. Maybe some taters even.
