Em: shkhinah@xtra.co.nz Hi there, I have a McCormack IH B250 as well and I too have had troubles with the battery charging, but my B250 has a Alternator instead of a genny..... I was wondering how you got on with any replies and whether you were able to get a wiring diagram as I have been looking for one as well and was wondering if you would mind emailing me any copies of wiring diagrams and any other diagrams for the power..... Thank you for you assistance.....Have you had trouble finding rear tyres, as my B250 has 11/24inch rims and as these are not easy to procure here in NZ we have had to go to China for some 11/24s but these too are costly.....I reckon tractors are like boats they cost lots to restore and keep going .....trouble with boats they are for fun , tractors are for work or at least that is what "she who is to be obeyed" says.....Not that I listen too much .....I always have the last word in my house ....."Yes, Dear"!!!!! he he he ..... ...Mike

to tell you the truth i just got the tractor a week ago, i haven't had a chance to check it out fully. this is my first tractor as well so being the rookie that i am i'm not sure what ex. i'm looking for.all the wires seem to be going to the right places; but a wiring diagram would be really helpful.the generator is rebuilt, and i was told it had a new volt reg.

p.s. thanks for the reply

You should ask to an old IH dealer in Canada. The B-250 was sold in Canada (not in USA)in the fifties. It should be pretty close to the B-275 because they were sold at the same period. The B-275 and B-414 were sold in USA and Canada.
