You emphatically stated I had too much water in my tires (previous post).

Would you please tell me why?

Everything expands when warmed up. If it sets in the sun and gets hot it will expand or for you especially where you can change altitude it will probably blow up.

As a kid we heard one awful blast/whoosh sound while we were mowing hay. Turns out my Uncles 520 with a mounted cultivator/corn scuffler was sitting in the summer sun just outside. A rear tire blew and sprayed the entire area with Calcium Chloride. Never cared for calcium Chloride after seeing the rusted corroded mess it made. Turns out when the tire man was told to fill the tires full for extra weight. He took the orders literally. Virtually no airspace, no cushioning, no escape until the sidewall blew out. Tire was maybe 10-12 years old at most.

The theory is theres no room for epansion if to full. I would get the water out and use one of the tire ballast products on the market so it won't freeze as you can't get all the water out when you drain it and if there is any in the stem it could cause it to split also if it freezes it would ride terrible and/or rip the tube in side from all the weight in one spot when driving as the tube wants to slide till sped is up. Sort of like the pail of water trick over your head if you swing it fast enough it will stay in the pail if not your all wet.
