I own this tractor and recently someone told me that if it has a 4 pin front end that it is worth considerably more. What is a 4 pin front end, and is this person correct?

JS, If I recall correctly (NO warranty) it was ONLY around the first 2000 B's produced in 1935 that were 4 Bolt Pedestal Mount while they used 8 bolts on all after that, and they indeed (the first 2000 4 bolt) are worth more. I think they started at SN 1000, so from then until around SN 3000 would be the approximate 4 bolt B's. Then in late 1937 (SN 42,200) and 1938 they stretched the frame around 5 inches (Long Frame Models) which are also more rare.

Thanks for information. Also where does one find the serial # on this tractor? I think it might be missing.

If I remember right that was only on the early Bs and yours would not be one of them. I own a 1935 B and its not one of them. My Bs serial number is 9405
