Has anyone had any experience of Awelco MIG welders? They are made in Italy, and are cheaper than any of the tradional brands. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am having to consider scrapping my Awelco NW255-P, due to failure of the electronics board and primarily the complete lack of UK customer support from Awelco Inc. Queries are not responded to emails unanswered, Maybe we should stick to Hobart, Clarke etc.... This unit has only done 16 hours of service in five years! How poor is that!!

I have a euro mig 252 welder. I am looking for an electronic control module for the welder. Could you give me information on where I might acquire one of them.

I am a resident of the Republic of Ireland so I would be grateful if you would have any suppliers in Ireland or if not Great Britain or directly from you.

Sincerely

Michael Gannon

Did you ever find any information about awelco mig welder. I would be interested to know if I can source parts in Ireland or England or find out some information about same. Are there any dealers in this region.
