Delete I did one of my infamous round can coil conversions for the front mounted coil this morning for a friend who has been replacing his front mounted square can coil about every year ever since he converted to 12 volts. I gutted the old bad square can coil and soledered in a wire to the spring thingy in the bottom of the square can and then a high tension spark plug wire to the small flat spring thingy in the old coil hull and then filled it with silicone glue and put the top back on the coil after routing the two wires out the back of the old square can coil through a hole I had made in it to run the wires through. Hooked the small wire to the negative post of a round can coil and the spark plug wire to the center of the round coil and then hooked up the ignition wire to the positive post of the round coil. Started right up but skipping on two cylinders. Checked the firing order and two wirew had got crossed when another of his well meaning friends had been working with it trying to get it running. Switched the two plug wires and started it again and ran sweet. Everybody happy!!!!! !:O) Zane
