Thanks Big Dean, Sorry for the mis-info. The manual I ordered is for the 235 but mine is the 236. I can use the quick release but it still sits on the brackets near the center of the moter and I'm afraid if I pull back that it will not clear the front axle.

Roper you unlatch the latches that hold the upper loader frame and uprights onto the rear bracket. (You sometimes have to pry it a loose from the rear bracket if it is wedged in real tight.) Set the bucket on the ground and back the tractor up till the uprights are almost touching the front tires. By using the loader lift arm valve you can move the valve to where the loader lift arm cylinder are extending this will tip the nose of loader frame down keep tipping the nose down while letting the tractor move back till the nose of the loader frame is on ground then extend the loader cylinder all the way. Disconnect the hose if you are using the factory auxiliary hydraulics to operate the loader with. If you have a front pump for the loader you will have to remove the pump from the tractor. If you are using the auxiliary hydraulic if your hose are to short to let the loader slide forward and stand up you will have to have a set of short extendion hose about 5 to 6 feet long built for removing a installing the loader with. Hope this helps I also have a skecth that show how to do this I can email you if you want it.

I got it off whoohoo :) I would like the sketch if you don't mind. I had to chain the bucket around a tree to pull the bucket forward, I don't think it's ever been off. I had about 2 inches of hose left when I was ready to unhook so i'm going to have two extensions made up.

Thanks again for your help.

Bob
