Kevin, You say you have a new lift pump fitted, should be o.k. Was the injector pump reconditioned.? Could be a faulty seal or damaged seal or damaged or worn seal surface in your injector pump, might be a good idea to talk to person who reconned the pump. regards, sibby.

Most common cause is a hole in the diaphram of the primary fuel pump.

I was reading past history posts. Don-WI 1-2-04 posted Check banjo bolt in the return line It has a very small hole in it. The small hole is to allow back pressure in fuel system???? Any comments. Lift pump brand new. Pump switched from tractor that did not have fuel in pan. Rebuilt year ago. Don also commented, if the hole is blocked you can repair leaks from injection pump front seal and it will still leak fuel into crankcase. Thanks again I am going to look into this

I would still suspect the fuel lift pump. This
was almost always the culprit. Next the injection
pump-was it checked over or just removed from
another tractor?

Brand new lift pump. Injection pump came off of running tractor that was not getting fuel in engine. Was rebuilt 1 year ago If the injection pump was not leaking on other tractor why would it leak on this tractor right away? Thanks
