Sounds like a seal from the transmission or possibly a rear main engine oil seal. Does it look like engine oil or transmission oil? Does the leak increase when the engine is running with tractor sitting still? I believe you have to break the tractor in half to get at these seals.

If it is a 3 cylinder Perkins diesel, and it is engine oil leaking out the hole (you can tell by the smell of the oil) you fix it by replacing the rear engine oil seal.

If it is this problem, get new gaskets and drop the sump. The front and rear oil seals are thick gaskets and should be fitted carefully and glued in with aviation type gasket cement. Getting the seals in right takes time and patience. The sump oil seals are easy.

Be prepared to get very dirty. After removing the sump oil will drip for a long time and there is no alternative but to get right underneath to put the gaskets in. Also make sure you block up the front of the tractor and the transmission housing so you can work safely. I would hate to be pushing those gaskets in without everything safely jacked and blocked up.
