I just fixed that on my 68 4020 behind seat if you look there is a plate that holds up the top link if you take it off there is a piston behind there one o-ring and one seal on it $14 for both a fairly easy fix. The only thing is you lose about a gallon of oil when you pull the piston out. The o-ring goes on first then the seal goes right on top the o-ring.

Just leaking piston and seals. Kind of normal actually. If it still works enough to get the job done what you need it for leave it alone. For safety reasons and a heavy implement on 3 point you should park it with it down anyway. If it bugs you and you got the $$$ to spend fix it.
