Does anyone have an exploded parts view of a model 1 behlen road gear. I am removing one out of a parts tractor and want to get all the required parts. Thanks and Happy New Year

BP, I had a Bethlen installation sheet around here somewhere but for the life of me can’t seem to find it at the moment..

Maybe someone here can help you [you might try Duane Larson] as his personal library seems more organized than mine.

I can say that you’ll need to get everything that’s outside the trans case on the L/H side including the entire Bethlen box.. You will also need to pull the trans apart & get the top & bottom trans shafts. If the flywheel was spaced out get the spacer also..

How many Mph did this unit give you. I have seen one on an unstyled B in a Junkyard.

Nathan, I don't know exactly but around 18-20 MPH on an old "A" I had.. Then if you reached up with your foot & helped the governor it would really squat & go.. Fast enough to be dangerous, especially if the brakes weren’t set up evenly..
