I'm one of those Oliver guys, but I need your help. I have a small cow/calf herd and am looking for an older round baler due to heart problems (bypass surgury). I have found an IH 241 round baler. Does anyone have any experience with these? What might one be worth? Any particular problems I should look for? Thanks for any help you can give me. John

The same baler as a Gehl. They worked but are not one of the better balers. The lower belt can be the cause of many headaches. I would look for 1 of the open throat type of balers. They are more forgiving than those with compression rolls. My .02
