Is there a market for antique farm implements? I bought a farm 2 years ago and there are a few old implements on it, not sure what they are. I was wanting to know the value and who would be interested in buying it.

Big market for this stuff. Most of it at the auctions I attend is headed south for NAFTA. Mexican gov't subsidizing small farm owners due to NAFTA.

I am looking for 3 bottom plow, 8-12' disk harrow and 2-3 bottom disk plow. I am located in N. FL
Email is above.

There is developing a lot of _interest_ in old implements as people restore old tractors & realize they now want something to put behind the old tractors. However, there is not much _cash_ in the deal. And if your implements have been sitting out in the woods & rusted/rotted down, don't expect much.

On the other hand old hay mowers, plows, & disks that are working & have all important parts with are getting popular, particularly if you have the right 'color' (brand) as to what people near you are collecting.

So, what do you have, what shape is it in? Pictures or something will help us help you.

Yes, of course, there is a market. You'd have to tell us what you have in order for this forum to help much with pricing, etc.

I have quite a few pieces of antigue (horse-drawn)farm equipment for sale...pictures via email available. I recently purchased an old (1804/1946) farmhouse and, though the pieces are in good shape, there are too many to keep in the area I am not fencing in for my horse and I don't have the means to transport them.

Hello , I was wondering if someone could tell me what color a round steel water was around 1935-1940?
My cousin is redoing one.
Thanks,
