hi i need some help i put a new drive belt on my cub 1620 and was cutting my lawn for 5 min. when the pto quit .i shut the tractor off and will only start if i jump the solenoid the dash lights dont work or the headlights i checked all the safety switches it has a new solonoid and ignition 6 mo ago . any ideas thanks bob

thanks for the info but the fuse is ok ,i thought at least the headlights would work but . it will only start if i jump the solonoid i guess i wil try another solonoid

You may have pinched a wire and shorted a hot circut to ground. There is an automotive style blade fuse inline from the battery to the ignition switch I would be willing to bet that it is burned out.
