Cub Cadet 782 Hydrostatic Problem

My Cub Cadet 782 is blowing hydrostatic fluid out of the two top vent bolts. I changed the fluid and found it to be very clean with no metal shavings. It also still drives fine. I heard that maybe there is an air leak which is sucking in air and blowing out fluid through the vents. I cannot find any air leak. What is the best wait to look for a leak? Do you think the problem is something different? Since I am expecting the worst, what should I expect to have to pay to get this fixed if the problem is more serious than an air leak? The tractor is really nice in every other way and I would like to keep it a while if possible.
Thanks,
Brett

Go to www.ihcubcadet.com/discus

Click on the IH Cub Cadet Forum link.

Go to the bottom of the page and post your question.

There are a number of 82 series owners on there, and a number of hydro experts. You should get what you need.

What vents! It's a closed hydraulic system. There are two different valves, with or without hydraulic lift. Replace the o-rings & backup washers, they may have gone bad. Good luck
