removing 1949 M pistons

I have a 1949 Farmall M and the pistons are stuck really bad. I took the head off and got rid of most of the rust. I took the pan off the pan today and found a large surprise. RUST EVERYWHERE! Got the rod off and took cylinders 2 and 3 connecting rods of the crank. I was able to beat on cylinder 2 and pushed the sleeve out about a 1/2 inch. I can't get the others to budge what can I do to free cylinders 1,3,4? I have brake fluid in them now, but I was wondering if there was a better technique. I was going to take a bottle jack and try to press them out. What is also the best way to separate the sleeve from the piston?

If its that rusty i would pull the engine/ Now with the engine out you can press them out and also you will be able to see the rest of the engine and be able to clean the block. So quit wasting time as you will have to pull the crankshaft also and cam and lifters. You mite even junk it out if thers rust everywhere but you cant realy see everything until the engine is out. So get busy and it sounds like it could be quite a project.

H, Hopefully your tractor is in an open place, if not get it outside, 2 remove gas tank and other flammables from the area.
Next, one cylinder at a time.... "hope each piston is in the lower part of the sleeve" fill the cylinder up with Diesel add a splash of gas,
3 set on fire! let it burn itself out, 4 See if you can them drive out the pistons. if the piston doesn't become free after the fire, repeat prosedure. Especially if piston is near the top of stroke. the fire will usually free up the piston the first or second time. Hope this helps!

Well first off brake fluid does not work well. My self I use tranny fluid and let it sit a week or more. The with the head off I put in a table spoon of gas and light it up. I keep adding gas and lighting it till the side of the block is warm. Then tap on the pistons. Doing that heats up the sleeves/block and helps to loosen them up. But either way sounds like that engine will need new sleeves etc
