Anyone happen to know the correct float height on a 100. It is a Zenith 67x7 carb. Also is it measured from the gasket or from the surface of the casting? Thanks in advance.

Daniel

I bought the kit from Case/IH hoping to get a "good one". It is complete, it even included the throttle shaft and the fuel inlet elbow. There are no instructions, however. I would have thought it would have came with something. I don't know if it was an omission or if they don't usually have them.

Thanks again,

Daniel

The A is 1 5/32 from the top (bottom) of the float to the gasket measured upside down. I imagine the 100/Super A is the same. A good kit will have that spec with it. Fuel level is 15/32-17/32 measured from the gasket. I don't know if that is a 67x7 or a 161x7, probably both the same. I do not consider that a highly critical measurement. Basically the float should be in a horizontal position.

Given the levels furnished by CNKS you may use the method shown in the link below. Good luck, Hendrik
