1941 h (2 gas tanks) got ih service manual but iam still not sure what series 123,146,175& all the rest. help thanks! if its the 123, i was worried about the wet sleeves, please commet thanks again

The H has dry sleeves, displacement 152 cu in; 164, 169 and 175 are later versions of the 152. 113/123 are totally different engines. I don't know what a "146" is. If it exists, it is also unrelated to the 152. Maybe you meant 164, the SH engine. 169 in the 300. 175 was in the 350.
