hello I'm working on rebuilding a 123 and the oil pump flange at the top the cast aluminium piece is warped around the part the sticks out at the flange. It doesn't look like it was sealing at all. it still had good oil pressure but maybe not quite the volume of oil because of bleeding out at the top of the pick up where it bolts to the pump housing. What do you reccommend on doing? Is there enough room to surface grind flat again and reuse? or can I buy a new one some where?? thanks for the help in advance. T

Common problem with these engines. Have taken as much as .014 off one to get it flat. Cheap way to do it is a piece of plate glass and sandpaper (about 200 grit I think). They usually warp most on the pressure side. Make a reinforcing bar out of 1/8 x 3/4 flat steel and use the existing bolts to bolt it to the cover on the pressure side.
