I see on ebay they have Hood Extensions for a Cub. What are hood extensions, where do they attach and what is their purpose. I have never seen a Cub with these that I can recall. I am just curious as to their purpose and use. Thanks..... .Gale

Without them the hood sits on top of the radiator. No big deal unless you use the tractor a lot. You could just lift the hood and put some foam on top of rad. Oh-ya on the older ones they also hold the grill screen on.

After further thought I guess that Hood Extensions must be the side pieces that are next to the Radiator extending from the hood down to bottom of the grill. My cub is missing those pieces since I have owned it..... Gale
