Just about any hydraulic shop, worth anything, can fabricate a new steel line for you.

In fact, a trailer company (who mainly deals with air) made me a new one for my loader a few years back.
Any older timer hyd. guy can whip one out in no-time. Just bring all the pieces.
Brazing is proven to work, but why spend the time and just get a new line.

I brazed lines on mine. They vibrate and wore a hole in it.

I do not know I have never worked with hyd hoses before just quick connects, but there is a piece about 6" long missing where someone put a piece of garden hose on with hose clamps but it looks like it did not work , LOL its split. I have been looking on ebay for months and can not find any. I even asked a tractor junkyard and I guess its to small of a part they wont get back to me. JON

Could you replace them with braided hydraulic hose? They will withstand the vibration. Hal

That hydraulic line blew on my Dad's '56 300 a while back, the lines were very pitted so we just bought different ones off eBay. If yours are badly pitted, you should replace them, if it is just a hole or crack, you might be able to weld or braze it.

Well i have used two ways of doing this , (1) try and braze the hole , (2) Cut out the bad section and weld a 1/2 inch pipe coupler on each good section and replace with a high pressure hose.
