OK, so I finally got a good starter, and I already had the rest of the engine together. Started the engine the first time no problem (video).

Hadn't put water in yet, so shut it off real quick to do that, now it won't fire a lick! Still have blue spark.

What do I start looking for? I'm pretty much stumped, cause I changed NOTHING carb and spark wise.

Lets see, when you first started it, no water in the cooling system, then you added water, blowing a mist out, wasnt this the one you had to do some work on the cylinder wall. Id try draining the water back out, and then try it again. if it starts then youll know your problem.

Are you sure its getting gas? Remove the plug in the bottom of the carburetor and check for a good stream of gas flowing out. Hold a clean container
to catch the gas. If there's just a trickle or no stream you have blockage somewhere in the gas line or tank or both. There's a tiny screen behind the inlet fitting on the carburetor and it could blocking gas to the carburetor. Remove the fitting being careful not damage it. Hal

Yep, got that. Pencil sized, definitely flowing. It blows mist out of the exhaust, but the plugs never get wet.

Hold your hand over the throat of the carburetor to see if there's good suction while someone makes an attempt to start the tractor. Hal
PS: Check that intake manifold for being tight.
