A couple of you guys have asked for some pictures of my F-12 plow setup. Here are some shots. If there are any additional pictures you would like, please let me know. First 2 are from the seller, when I bought the tractor and plow.

ps. I bought the tractor and plow this way, I did NOT select the paint scheme!!!!

Quite an elaborate setup, I'm sure the later CUB and A mounted plows evolved from this one.

I've got one exactly like that that I've restored. I've also got an instruction/owners manual for it (copy). The date of the manual is 1937. It's quite the conversation piece. There was enough of the original paint left on some of the pieces so I could paint it the original colors. BTW that is a Farmall Tractor Plow No. 90 and it came as either a chain lift or a power lift version.

I'm like Gary..never saw one of those before! I assume the left wheel chain provides the power for some kind of lift, but what's the wheel on the ground and the right side adjusting lever for?

Now that I kept looking at it, would that be how you set the plow depth? Also, is there and mechanism on there for the plow the detach if you hit something hard?

The colter and clamp are the same as a pull behind plow of the same vintage. Do you have an operators manuel for that plow? I have a plow like that on my F12 and it is a sweet plowing rig, but I would like to find out what the wheel spacing should be when its set up for a 16" bottom.

That's cool. You'll have to bring it to Plowday sometime.
