I have a Td14 with a 12 foot Bucyrus Erie angle blade and winch to collect but am unsure on its weights and measurements.

Can anyone tell me what its overall weight would be (with blade and winch)? Also; if I were to take the blade off, leaving the rams and blade mounts what would the width be, or its width if I were to angle the blade fully one way? (would it still be wider than the rams/blade mounts)?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I actually ran one a little bit in the early '50's (I'm 73) and the guy who owned it said it weighed right at 30,000 lbs. It was a TD-14A with a Bucyrus angle blade...all hydraulic and had all the new original shields and guards on it. I'll tell you there's nothing like a new one...but they don't stay new long.

This is what my book says.

Length overall (probably without blade or winch) 134 inches

Width, standard tread, 74 inches
Width, wide tread, 92 inches
Height, to top of air cleaner 77.5 inches

Weight, without blade or winch, 17,595

Ask the guys in the construction forum over on the Red Power Magazine board, they would have a better idea as to the specifications you want.
