My manual has 53 ft-lb for the rods. Hal

My manual says 55ft-lb.....

You need a manual....there is a lot more to it than tightening the bearings..... .Don

well i checked them quickly before i took them apart and it seemed to be around 90 lbs - not stock crank - its a stroker crankshaft , don't know if the makes a difference ?

You CAN'T possible make a reliable determinatio of torque by messing with them before removing them.
