Figured out why my newly acquired 560 has no hydraulics, PS, or PTO. The PTO driven gear is freewheeling. Traced it back to the pressure plate. Turning the gear by hand, I see the splines rotating in the pressure plate, but I imagine that shouldn't happen. Time to split the tractor, but at least I got it figured out.

The question I have is: what goes out, the splines on the shaft or the pressure plate?

Like ChrisAS mentioned both will wear out. I just replaced the same parts in my 560W. Ended up replacing both the constant running shaft and the main input shaft among other things.

Let us know how it goes for ya. Its quite the challenge to split the tractor in two places.
