I"m not sure what it"s called, but I need a wide implement that fastens to the hydraulic that lifts and lowers and allows me to create raised beds. It throws up a lot of dirt. Can anyone help me find them or know what they"re called?

I have a 1947 International Cub. I'm also looking for Larry Lester, near Salem, OR who I purchased implements from in the past. Thanks

Here in south Ga we call them bedding discs. They
are round discs (10-14") attached to a round solid metal shank-They attach to your cultivator
arms by means of a wedge clamp allowing one to adjust the width and height of the bed. Some folks put them on the front cultivators under the
belly of the tractor while others put them on the
rear cultivators depending on personal preference.Have a friend with some for sale, but
they are here in south Ga.----- -Glynn

Interesting. The single discs on a single shaft that attach to the front tool bar are called 'Hillers' around here(south LA). The 'disc cultivators' however are a gang of three discs attached to a single shaft and are too big to fit on the front tool bar (the belly bar on a 140). The discs are 20, 18, or 16 inches (better to use a combination). You have to attach 2 of them to the tool bar behind the tractor. The faster you go, the higher the row.
