Well I have a h that has a m&w hand clutch and a m&w 9 speed tranny on it. It has no engine or clutch pretty much just a rolling chasis minus hood and rim or to might be bad. Would make a great puller project or to restore for a collection. I was just wondering on getting a ruff idea.

Probably around $500-$600 or more.

If you were to sell the hand clutch and the M&W 9 speed transmission gears seperately, you would get a lot more than if you just sold everything as a complete unit. Because of the weight and cost associated with picking it up or having it shipped, someone who may want just the hand clutch or M&W tranny would be discouraged from purchasing it unless they were close by. The last M&W hand clutch for an H that I saw sell on Ebay brought $417. On Ebay the M&W 9 speed tranny gears could bring 500 to 700, assuming all the gears are there and in good condition.

I would think the hand clutch would be worth $200.00 or more and the tranny as well. Maybe you should remove those 2 pieces and put them on eBay..

Where might it be at? I would be interested it it close to central IL, maybe $100.00. not worth restoring, you can buy a good runner for 8-900 and it will cost more to restore that one.

Also you have to look at what it will cost to get all of those parts, someone is not going to pay a fortune for it when they can get a running H for the same price.

It would probobly would attract more interest if the back wheel, hood and engine were there. I would try to find those parts if you have a local junkyard. I know my local junkyard here in washington has all of them.
