www.binderbooks.com. Yes it's heavy. I replaced the clutch in my 460 hi-utility (38 inch rear tires), otherwise about the same. But, I did it after I removed the engine for an overhaul. In my opinion, if you don't have the proper stands (I didn't), you should block the rear and roll the front away. You may be able to support the front with an engine hoist, but it will have all the weight it wants.

Does the TA work -- If you can separate the TA slippage from the clutch, put it in 2nd or third with the TA in low range let out the clutch and stand on the brakes. If the tractor slows as it should the "TA" is likely ok. Clutch replacement at a shop is likely several hundred dollars, TA replacement much more. Replacement TA alone (parts only) is about $600?? Remember that when either is installed, the Clutch and TA each must be adjusted. I'm not an expert on either.

I have the ta they are $625 core included plus you would need the gasket kit that"s $105 and probably the ta clutch and flywheel may need replaced that"s another $180. Just follow the intructions that you have been given and make sure your t/a is good one way or another. Personally if the t/a needs replaced I would do the clutch and all while it"s apart though.
good luck
Kevin
