What Size Holes Are These?

She is a 1951 H. I have an extra tow place thingy and was thinking of installing it. What bolt size can screw into thoes holes.

Am asking because I am in FL and the tractor is in NY. I won't be able to play with her for another month. :cry:

If you bolt any kind of tow bracket to those 2 holes and use it to pull a stuck tractor then you could have a front pedestal like mine where the cast iron broke around the 2 holes.
