I have a wide front Farmall M. I need to put a loader on it but seems difficult to locate one here in Southern Wisconsin. I have found a Du-Al 300 w/pto pump, for $500. a IH 2050 for 1500.00 and a IH 33 w/hyd bucket for $500. but its 175 miles away. Question is will all of these work on my M and what would you put on an M. I need it for round bales, and moveing dirt and gravel, some manure. Does anyone know where I could find a decent loader for my M near Janesville, Wisconsin?
Thank You,

Does your M still have the belly pump? I don't think a hyd. bucket is going to work very well without a live pump, you will do a lot of clutching. Also be sure to get a loader with at least 2 1/2 inch cylinders, 2 inch will not work well with the M's low pressure. Good luck, Chuck

If you want a used loader, you are going to have to go to where the loader is. 175 miles isn't all that far. If you want to find a loader right in your backyard, just go to about any farm machinery dealer and they will get you a brand new loader and may even deliver it right to your door.
