I collect F series tractors and a Farmall Regular,I went down to the gargae last night and had the Idea to park them beside the road so people can see them{I live in town on a sharp turn}and I had them all started and moved in 15 minutes,This is the first time they all started this good after sitting all winter.Things are looking up,My wife said she is going to put FOR SALE signs on them.

Jimmy: My battery survived, started it this morning and I was away all day. It started again this evening.

I have a funny little story about FOR SALE signs on tractors. They don't sell tractors exceptionally well, but they do give folks a reason to come in for a visit. I've had my 130 out with a for sale sign, really don't think it will sell and give me what I have invested. My 140 is out back, and the last few days, I've ocasionally had the shop door open with newly painted Super A in view. They come in, kick a few tires then want to see the others.

I like hooking up old implements to the old tractors and parking them on the corner with a "FOR RENT" sign on them. Nobody has ever stopped in to inquire to cost per hour/acre on them though. I wonder why?
