560 hyd problems

my 560 will sometines let the fast hitch just drop, sometimes it will work fine, when it drops i have to unhook the draft control and move it up with that and then hook it back up i have replaced the hyd hoses and lines could this be caused by air in the system or do i have other problemms and info would be apriciated thanks Dave

had to braze the hard lines to the fast hitch the other day and this same thing happened to me when I put it back together. First off there was air in one line to the cylinder and secondly I had a small piece of brass or grit that had fallen into the tube and got stuck in the check valve block in the seat base. The valve was stuck one way and would not go back to it's neutral state. Took the valve out and apart... gave her a cleaning and put it back together, works fine now.

Two things come to mind here One is the gears in the hitch valve may have a tooth knocked off , not a common thing but does happen or two the roll pin on the back where the draft or leveling linkage hooks on may have sheered and this can cause erratic hitch action . Just some tings off the top of my head that come to mind here for ya to check.
