Ya ought'ta do what I just did. I ran out of gas bushhogging in the feild thinking I could squeeze just a couple more minutes out of it and had to walk the 1/4 mile back to the house.

Never again, now I know for sure what I have in there. I installed a tee in between the sediment bowl and tank then ran a piece of copper tubing under the tank back to the rear where I could see it, turned it up and spliced in a glass sight gauge. Now I can see exactly how much I have at all times down to the little sump in the tank.

I have one that has good clear glass and the markings are in fairly sharp. The cap its self is in pretty good shape and not bent. The cork needs to be replaced and one of the slide arms is broke at the bottem.

I ordered one a month ago, haven't got it yet, they told me the gage guy is out sick, should be getting my gage in a couple of weeks. If you want to order one, I would ask if they are in stock first.
