I got a new radiator for my H farmall. I need to know if there is some kind of pad that goes on the bottom or is there something I can make to put on the bottom before I put it on.

Thanks David

Nylon reinforced rubber as in conveyor belts or balers. I have a lot of it around here. Buddy is in the belt business. Send me you address and I'll send you a piece big enough to make pads for the radiator AND the gas tank! Private email is open

Got any old flat belt lying around?

Cut a 2" diameter piece and poke a hole in the middle for the bolt.

Yes there is a pad. Yes you can make them. I remember some people telling me material that they used to make them for themselves, but I don't recall the actual material. I bought them from OEM, but I may need to shave them down, as I think they are a little too tall. They aren't more than a couple bucks per pad. OEM, Stiener, and I'm sure a number of companies carry them.
