Similar plow for the Super A is the A-12-D Harrow Plow. It has 3 disks instead of two as the Cub plow. As John says, looks like several parts are missing in your picture.

Looks like a cub harrow plow. Model 12 I believe, but don't have my books handy. Similar to the Cub151 disk plow, except for having 2 disks instead of 1. They plowed a wider strip than the 151, but not as deep. It looks to have several parts missing. Mounting brackets, front steering rod and lift rod. You can see a manual for the 151 here.

Looks to me like you have yourself a 2-dics tiller--Not popular as they once were--I have
a set with a quick hitch for an offset farmall.
They are easier to pull than turning plows because they are always turning the soil while
you are dragging the turning plows. With the proper adjustments they work great--Used to be used a lot for newground--They do a pretty job on
established soil----Glynn
