Hey guys,
This is going to sound real techinical...
What's the hydraulic "block" thing on the floor, right at the front of the seat support? 'Cause it's leaking. Leaked so much my fast hitch doesn't work anymore. How the heck do you get to it? I've tried taking the tool box/seat support off, but couldn't get it. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough! Maybe a bigger wrench...Anyone else ever have trouble in this area?

Thanks,
- Jim H.

My SC's fast hitch lift will lower on it's own while the motor is running. IS it because the Hy cylinder needs rebuilt or the spool valve in front of the seat? Ron

The block is double acting check valve. It keeps the cylinder from leaking up or down rather than have the spool valve do all the holding.

Thanks, guys. By the way, what does that block do?

Thanks again,

The one on my super c rusted out so far i could see the inside. Should be 2 bolts on top and you have to unhook the hoses from the cylinder on the fast hitch. but just remember to put the hoses back on the way they came off good luck Dustin.

Should be two small bolts holding it down to the front of the tool box. There's a lip on the tool box that it bolts too.

It needs new seals, likely nothing more than orings. Can't answer how to get it off, as my C's do not have them. If you removed the seat, it can't be that hard. There shouldn't be anything else in the way.
