I looked all over the engine block on my 1941 M and cannot locate an oil dipstick. How does one check oil on this tractor/ Any help on this one.

Some may have had an aftermarket dipstick added to the oil pan. They usually have a round knob with the short dipstick built in on the upper side and a pipe plug added to the bottom hole.

THERE ARE TWO PLUGS IN THE SIDE OF THE OIL PAN RIGHT HAND SIDE SITTING ON TRACTOR OPEN THEM THE BOTTOM ONE IS LOW ON OIL THE TOP ONE IS THE FULL FILL WITH OIL TILL STARTS TO SEEP OUT TOP PLUG

I certainly thank you for the information. I'e got all the manuals but don't remember reading the part about this check just that it takes 7 qts of oil. Again, thanks
