I would like to know how much are they worth? How many are made? Are they rare?

460 internationals were utilities, 460 farmalls were rowcrop tractors. The same engine was used in both. There are about as many diesel as gas. The only problem with the six cylinder diesel is that it is hard to start sometimes. They are tough old tractors, will pull their heart out. The price will vary according to location. Gassers are going cheap due to high gasoline prices, but the diesel will run all day, under heavy loads on half the fuel of the gasser.

Tyler: Depends on whether it's a International Farmall 460 or a Internatoinal Utility 460. It can't be both. It's either a Farmall or a Utility.

Around these parts a Farmall is worth more than a Utility. Location is 65%, it may be Utilities are worth more some places. Roughly 37,000 Farmalls built, and roughly 13,000 Utilities built. Diesels won't be as plentiful as gas for either but still not considered rare by any measure. Unless it's in real top shape, Parsonally I wouldn't bid more than $2,000. for either one of them. Utilities had steering problems big time, and the Farmall is a long as a much bigger tractor with twice the horse power. Kind of like a locomotive with a VW engine. The first time I saw a 460 close to 50 years ago, I called it a ackward 350, or worse still a dud.
