Try taking off signal line on hyd pump, unscrew fitting and you will find a orfice-screen this needs to be removed to clean. If you have oil running out when you remove fitting chances are the orfice is clean. Also there is a signal check in priority remote that could broken worn/missing and there is a repair kit for this.
There is 2 orfices in casting on hyd pump housing that can cause low or no pressure on these systems. If you have a local Case dealer that has online parts lookup you will find the location of these orfices. Good luck

It all dependes on if it is the old style system or the later PFC system

That one has the pfc system , So this system i do not know that much about that system . As i only worked on one and that was a nightmare as i did not have the other pice for my flowrater to do the testing correctly . You may just have a speck of dirt in the orifice , a problem in the motor control valve . There is a whole list of could be's . If the pump is not getting a signal to move the swash plat then the pump may not be pumping . For this fix your really going to need the book and the Flow Rate and the analyzer to see just what is going on then you go from there. Sorry i could not be more of a help on this one.

Either the relief valve is stuck open or there is an o-ring blown between the pump covet and rear frame.
