I don't have a manual that has this information and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the measurement of the "recess" in a 47 H flywheel is? I'm looking for the factory dimension from the clutch contact surface to the small recess where the pressure plate attaches. My local shop is turning my flywheel and needs this info to true up the dimension. Thanks in advance.

They should be grinding that way they only take off a couple thous and that wont hurt. If they take off too much they need to take off the same amount so the distance where the pressure plate to the surface where the disc rides will still be the same.
